To execute a bicycle kick in football is not an easy affair and only a few players in the world can do it in a comfortable and profitable way. You must jump high, have a perfect balance to be able to throw your body up into the air, great coordination to make the shearing movement with your legs at the precise moment, big power to kick the ball over your head and remarkable sense of orientation to send the ball in the right direction.
All of this need a great orchestra director, your brain, which drives the perfect sequence of actions while keeping a complete map of the time and movements that you want to execute.
You can now have a full overview of how difficult this is for a tiny frog and how much it has to train its body and its mind to be able to do much more than simply jumping!
